I just went in last night for my first prenatal massage with Tiffany and it was amazing! I am 23 weeks pregnant and I wish I had started going sooner. I will definitely be back-it was the most relaxed I have felt in a long time :) Baby girl was kicking around so she enjoyed it as well! I was deeply impressed with the warm reception, relaxed atmosphere and personal attention I received at A Balanced Body. Elizabeth was friendly, competent and customized the massage for my body aches. Usually I do not take the time to take care of myself but after this hour massage I can see the importance and benefit of making massage part of my regular health routine. Elizabeth is also trained in cupping therapy which worked wonders on my aching shoulder stress spots. The location is easy to find, the atmosphere relaxing, the staff friendly and prices affordable. There is also an esthetician that does facials, waxing and tinting. I also like the Lenny & Eva jewelry collection in the front; I picked out an inspiring bracelet for me and plan to get a few as gifts. More...
