I worked for My Homecare for 1 year before going to University to train to be a Paramedic. During the time I worked at this company I gained so many valuable skills and experiences that really helped me prepare for my course. My manager (Jan) was always available for me when issues occurred. I had never been a carer before and she resolved any queries I had. I attended various training courses that developed my skills, insight into the role and the level of care I could give to my clients. The company was really flexible around the college course that I was completing at the time, I could always request extra shifts or take time off when needed. So how can I describe this place without stating all of what everyone has put down? First and foremost, when you want to be in the company of the elite you need a company that treats you like that. The space I had a few months ago was very up to date and had all the necessities built in that makes being a person of influence and sales a much easier job of doing all the tasks. It’s not fancy but for 256 sq feet and ability to fit 5 to 5 people in for the price how you can turn it down? Again, if you’re looking for lush furniture and the most advanced set up this is not for you and was never attended for that. I wanted to finally have an office where I could spread my wings and make sure that I could see what my employees are doing as well. It’s really close by to the town and airport so if you are looking for transportation it’s very convenient in that sense. Ultimately, I got the most of my time there and really think it’s a bargain. Well When to comes to write something my pen just keep on cracking down and this time even I am sure I won’t be able to put up my opinion correctly but just one word to describe is “GREAT.
”Oh yes! the place is indeed amazing just can’t complain but I don’t simply like cause it good spacious, you get to have nice food at break, excellent environment or as such but most important for me is the communication.it so easy to reach office I mean even a novice who literally knows about Bedfordshire would even able to track the location perfectly as it is almost located in the city’s heart. This saves time to great extent and really helps when just 5minutes too plays a big role. Gets a Five Star from me surely..

Among the offices that my friend's business has rented (which I have invested money in), Trend House is the best bang for our buck.
Along with that, I find Rosy (the manager back then) and her staff very friendly and attentive to our needs (understanding too because we wanted to paint the walls with a different color).
In Bedford, the location of the office is pretty strategic while maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment. Highway is close by so if you need to find transportation fast or if your customers want a location where they can easily find transportation, this is a really good office for your business. The parking lot is spacious making it an ideal
place for customers with vehicles. Also, the whole office is obviously continually maintained.
Affordable, spacious, tidy and best of all, strategic. I'm giving this 5 stars.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to be in a business that gave something back to the local community we live in. We achieve this in two ways, 1) by providing a much needed domiciliary care service for those who need us and 2) by creating employment opportunities for local people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are a family run business who puts its clients at the forefront of everything we do. Fantastic customer service is of paramount importance to us and we always strive to provide the absolute best possible service to our clients. Disappointment is not in our vocabulary.
Our staff are trained to love what they do as well as abide by our company values, which includes:
Discipline - They must have self discipline to consistently deliver top quality service to clients.
Humility - Staff are encouraged to be and remain humble, because only humble people can grow, learn, keep an open mind and be creative.
Confidence - Our staff need to be confident of who they are and of their ability to provide the best possible service of the highest quality.
Discretion - Our carers and cleaners need to discreet. They need discretion to be a good custodian of your physical and information assets.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All carers are provided with essential Personal Protective Equipment which they are required to wear when attending to all clients needs.
All carers are regularly tested and many have received their first COVID19 vaccination.
Medication Assistance
Prompt administration and/or assistance to take medication at regular intervals.
Personal Care
Include assistance with bathing, washing, dressing, eating, going to the toilet, applying creams, powders and topical medication, shaving, getting up and going to bed.
Live-In Care
Is a personalised 24 hour service carried out in the comfort of their own home. It is where they feel most comfortable, safe and secure.
Maintain the client’s health and safety and wellbeing in their home. The carer's role will be to enhance the life of the client and may include accompanying them to social events or local clubs, going for walks and on holiday, focusing on the clients need for social interactions and stimulation to increase happiness.
Sleep-In / Waking Night
Providing care and support to loved you or your one's through the night.
Specialist / Palliative Care
To ensure clients with complex or progressive illnesses or nearing end-of-life are supported to remain comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible.
