What do you love most about your job?
We love helping by supporting senior management, managers and staff some simple qualities. Such as mental cognition = Focus, planning and problem-solving. As well as managing human expectations.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My ability to see the strength in individuals that were considered to have poor abilities due to having learning disabilities. Or low work performance. I could see or find what they did well and exploit it to support them achieve in education and in employment.
