This company has done a few carpets for me in the past and always done a great job, recently I had a huge kitchen dining room done in LVT.
Antony was very patient with our indecision and fitted us in so we could get it done before Xmas.
The even better thing was that Ian the fitter was so intent on getting it perfect - I am very picky but he was even more so, getting the prep for the floor done twice to ensure it was just right. This meant the finished result was amazing. I noticed a couple of slight imperfections and he resolved them immediately and offered to pop back if there was anything else he could help with. Probably the best floor fitter I have experienced.
Overall a great service and a great price - if you want the cheapest go to a bargain basement place and get some naff cheap stuff laid in your house. If you want quality and professional service come to Feature, but the price is still very good.
