What do you love most about your job?
There’s nothing better than the look on a clients face the moment he or she discovers their purpose. It’s like a combination of excitement and relief. Seeing that is the ultimate justification for me putting so much energy into the success of this company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start A. J. & Company so that I could work directly with the people in my community and surrounding neighborhoods. I wanted to make success tangible for everyone who wants it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don’t define success for my clients. They define it themselves, what it looks like for them, and I work with them to bring it to fruition. There’s no sales pitch. There’s no one-size-fits-all solutions or philosophies. It’s just us in an open and honest, goal oriented partnership.
