I love what they have done with the workout. I have yet to see the same workout.Allan is a wonderful motivator and definitely knows what he is doing. I love the concern if you have any previous injuries etc and proper technique. The options of the different memberships are laid out right there in front of you to see. If there is confusion, simply ask, they are very clear about it! Thanks for getting me out of bed early!!! :) More...
