What do you love most about your job?
Our work typically begins by talking with our client's clients. This is important work but it reveals what makes our clients great. The problems they are brilliant at solving. The incredible results they are able to achieve and most importantly, the impact their work has had on their clients' lives and their businesses.
It enables us to pinpoint, where they offer the most value. And critically, what makes them different from their competition. This is enormously valuable work, especially for those that are brilliant at what they do but struggling to attract great new business because they are finding it hard to be heard above all the other noise in the market.
I enjoy this process the most, not only because I love discovering these insights but because of the impact it has on my clients. When they realise the true value they deliver, it creates immense energy to get out there and tell other people what they are capable of.
For us, it lays the foundation for the content we create and the campaigns we execute.
It's a puzzle and I love puzzles like this. The question is always the same. How do we punch through the noise and reach the target market. This process invariably gives us the answer.
