I had a great experience with 954pressureclean. The communication is fantastic, the professionalism was what you expected, the warranty for 2 years, it's a soft wash so less broken tiles, and most importantly they are licensed and insured.I highly recommend them.

The cleaning went very well. The 3 men crew were very polite, courteous and professional. They arrived on time, went over the cleaning procedure, protected my plants, took before and after pictures of the roof. After they finished they sprayed all my plants with a neutralizer agent to prevent any chemicals that got on the pants from burning them. They didn't use high pressure sprayers nor the rotary brush on the roof which is the best way to go to prevent tiles from breaking. The previous company that pressure cleaned my roof used a rotary brush with high pressure and damaged/broke quite few tiles to my roof. It cost me $1,000 to hire a roofing company to repair the roof. Damian and Kyle are highly personable and professional young men who went the distance to ensure that my needs were met. They also accommodated me at the last minute much to my relief. Damian at 954pressure cleaning was quite responsive. We spoke on Thursday and he sent me a quote, we confirmed on Friday and he was out to do the job to clean my roof on Monday. He took before and after pictures and sent me a link for the payment on my mobile. He even noticed that the driveway needed cleaning and offered to do it on the spot with an additional 30% discount.
