I just had my wedding and reception there and it was absolutely wonderful! They use all about events for rentals and they did a great job. Everyone who works there is so nice, but especially Sara and Criss. Criss really accommodated mine and my husbands tough schedule to show us the venue and meet us again to discuss the catering menu. Speaking of the catering, we had tacos and a nacho bar and it was amazing! My guests keep telling me how delicious the tacos were and one of my guests told me that our wedding convinced her that she wants to have a wedding after all. To top it off, we had a very short engagement (3 months) and Sara’s communication was absolutely vital to pulling this whole thing off. Without her we wouldn’t have been able to coordinate everything and she kept us in line, all while dealing with a newborn. Our daughter chose 927 events for her wedding after interviewing the usual rounds of country clubs and we couldn't be more impressed with her decision. Sarah and Chris were a pleasure to work with, Sarah even found a cupcake stand when we discovered we forgot ours. The food was sublime, the atmosphere was perfect. I've had so many compliments from friends and family and questions from my daughters friends that are starting their wedding planning so hopefully I will have the pleasure of visiting 927 again in the future More...

Our daughter was married at 927 events last night and it was wonderful. Working with Sarah and Chriss was a pleasure, Sarah even found a cupcake stand when we forgot ours. The food was sublime the atmosphere perfect. I have had so much feedback from family and friends about the fun atmosphere and  the great food..I've even had a few inquiries about cost from couples heading to the alter so hopefully we will get to visit 927 again in the future More...

Nice event space.Jessica from ArtRepublic has 17 murals and art pieces posted.The owner of 927 has created a nice venue space  of you like stand up affairs. I was impressed that the owner gives back to charitable organizations like Child Guidance.Now about the YELP AWARDS event. It was wonderful and everyone seemed to support the winners.  Matthew has raised the bar so high with all of the elaborate tastefully done,deliciously prepared food events that tonight I was disappointed. Apparently, the catering group for 927 are newbies. Hopefully, tonight's event was a learning process for them.  The food set out too long.was dried out and basically tasteless.This is unfortunate for the caterer because many yelpers cited the same complaint. I give the venue an A and the caterers ...well as an educator I was told to avoid putting a big red F on anyone's paper so I will leave that blank. More...

Once again, thanks to Yelp and Matt for putting on another great event.   This was my first Yelpies event, congratulations to all of the award winners. You all add very much to our community and thank you for that. In terms of the location, this is an amazing space, I really enjoyed the decor, from the motorcycles, to the artwork.  Thank you for supplying the vittles, my favorite was the bread pudding. Also thanks to carve vodka for the beverages, and Bee Friends Honey for the samples (we had to take home 2 different flavors because we couldn't decide? I hope to be able to attend future events here, I would come back in a heartbeat. Merry Christmas! More...

Went to an event at this location last night, super cool location...downtown JAX, great building with great potential. Area is a little sketchy, could use additional lighting and better parking, but the building itself was very cool outside (pics! ) and even cooler inside. It is a two story building and I didnt get to explore every nook and cranny but what I did see was very eclectic. Exposed brick, cool art, funky light fixtures, a pool table and some classic stand up video games...but the real treat was the classic and not so classic bikes throughout the space. Our event was held upstairs, but it looked like there was a smoking patio downstairs for those who needed it. Might be a cool spot for an outdoor party. Anyhow, upstairs was a large room with stand up tables that allowed folks to mill around to mingle, eat appetizers and drink cocktails. Carve was there with their vodka and Bold City Brewery provided the beer - both were fantastic! Big thank you to them. In addition to providing the super cool space, 927 also catered the appetizers. The selection of cheeses was fantastic! They had brie (yum) and a variety of soft and hard cheeses as well as these delicious olive stuffed peppers. The "hot" table wasn't as successful. There were four or five items on the table, none were labeled and the gentleman standing behind the table was not helpful in letting us know what each was. I think the first item was a bread pudding. It was ok. The second item was either meatballs or sausage balls. Either way, had zero flavor so was hard to tell either way. In the last tray there were jalapenos stuffed with cheese and bacon, usually a win, but in this case, not so much. All the food was cold so the cheese wasn't melty, it was just a coagulated lump. Definitely wasn't anything I would rave about. Overall, the venue itself was awesome! I think maybe under different circumstances the food would be better, but last night just wasn't a win. More...

Great venue in both environment & decor!!! From top to bottom, loved the wall Art & Harley's & of course the Turtle & Jag statuettes... great job on the foods that was provided by the caterers. DJ was a PLUS & the owner of 927 was a wonderful introduction to the Holiday Season 2017. Enjoyed seeing many familiar faces of my YELP ELITE compadres!!! This venue would be ideal for many businesses & mostly any private events that anyone wanted to host!!! I attended an event here and enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the art around the venue. There was a game area on the first floor. The main event room was upstairs. It was great size and even had a stage. There are restrooms on both levels.The event was an awards ceremony with a charitable toy donation for local families.The owner was a great host. You could tell how passionate he is about giving back to the community with both charity and art during his presentation.I would recomend this space for your event. More...

927 Events is one of the most unique venues I've ever seen! It was the perfect place to hold our ceremony downstairs and wedding reception upstairs. Guests loved that they didn't have to travel, and they couldn't stop talking about the cool venue, the courteous staff, and the most delicious food they could have imagined. Chef Chriss was an absolute godsend!! She was so helpful and easy to deal with, and her food is beyond amazing! We were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well, which was convenient, reasonable, delicious, and FUN! Choosing 927 Events and Chef Chriss was by far the best decision we made for making our wedding OVER-THE-TOP incredible!!! More...

927 Events was the PERFECT reception venue for our wedding. The loft fit our funky style perfectly, Chriss was extremely helpful through out the entire planning process, the price was great, and her catering was mouth watering!
