What’s your signature dish?
Our products are sourced locally, as much farm to fork as we can do. We travel
to the coast twice a week for the freshest seafood. Our vendors know our commitment
to the fresh/not frozen before it's prepared. Our USDA certified chef has the talent, passion
and creativity to produce menus from around the globe!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Both the chef and our director of sales bring a world of knowledge and experience to the table.
Listening to thoughts and needs for a successful event allows us to guide each client to select a
menu to will ensure this happens. We will work with each client to offer tastings and want feedback
so that we can continue to improve!
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity it inspires and the call from each client saying we
can't wait to use you again! Who would want to throw parties and
get paid for it??
What inspired you to start your own business?
Both owners coming from corporate backgrounds with successful careers, awards and achievements.
We love that we don't have to "follow" the rules of corporate structure to meet the clients needs. Thinking
outside the box is a daily adventure at 901 Catering. One day we both just stop saying.....if I was in charge of
that last event I would have_________ to make it right! And started making it right!
