I really enjoy the 9.1.2 fitness sessions. I have struggled for many years to find the exercise that works for me. I’ve learnt a new way of looking at exercise through Murray’s caring approach with expert support and advice. Added to that, for the first time in decades I have found a sustainable way to get my weight down and really feel the positive effects of a workout. The sessions are varied using all kinds of intriguing equipment, the environment around and eachother which keeps you interested - a direct contrast to gyms and the static, repetitive routines. Being outside means you feel the breeze on your face and the grass under your feet. You never get cold because you’re generating your own heat, in fact the colder days work in your favour! We are a welcoming bunch looking out for eachother and having fun banter along the way. I love it and am so pleased to have found this...it’s made a huge difference to my life. More...

I have been attending the boot camp sessions in Preston Park for 2 weeks now and am very satisfied. I like the combination of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises and the variety of equipment we use such as slam balls and power bags. The classes are not too large. Mostly between 5-10 participants per session and Murray pays close attention to everyone. More...

I started working with Murray using his online training. Workouts were sent through to me to follow myself in the gym. Murray was in contact regularly and always available to give advice and guidance and answer any questions. More recently I have had 1:2:1 sessions twice a week over an 8 week period. These have given me so much confidence with lifting heavier weights and I have really enjoyed the challenge of pushing my body to do more than I thought it could do! My overall strength has increased together with core strength. Over my time working with Murray I have lost a total of 1 stone 10 pounds. Over the 8 week challenge period I lost a further 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips. I live abroad and use 9.1.2 PT online via the true coach app. I have had a home gym for about a year and a half and had started struggling to be motivated and lacked inspiration for doing workouts on my own. I have tried other generic fitness apps but always found them boring, using the same type of workouts and I struggled to stick to them. 9.1.2 PT has been amazing for my own motivation and fitness goals. Murray provides differing workouts designed specifically to me and to target my personal fitness needs and goals. Knowing that you have a real PT on the other end watching your videos and giving feedback and encouragement means I feel accountable to get them done, and am excited to see the next challenge set for me. Using the app also allows me to keep tract of my own progress and ask questions about any upcoming exercises. In only the second week of using 9.1.2 PT I had already seen progress in my strength and endurance! I love seeing how my body can improve with what it can do each week. ☺️ More...

Anything can be done and adapted to you and I have done many adaptive sports like kayaking and sit ski on snow and water so I appreciate the add man and everything else you are doing.

with big corporate companies it was all about targets and commissions which I hated about my job. I love what I do and won’t put a hard sale on anyone as I believe the person has made the step to make a change so it’s my job to help them reach their goals.
