Travelled a long way to see a car with a view to buy today, during the test drive felt the car was noisy, so I took it out again with the mechanic, he heard the noise and they were willing to get it up on the ramp and repair whatever was causing it (thought it might have been the exhaust or a wheel bearing) turns out the boot was left slightly open. .. From my first call the friendly and non-pushy salesperson couldn't be more helpful. He provided me with details about the car so I could verify the history before I bought it . The car was MOT'd, serviced and valeted by them the day I said I was going to by it and after their mechanic had checked it over they changed the front brake pads and the clutch because they would have needed to be done in the next 12 months. Hi I purchased a car last month for a friend of mine last month from MFI motor Group, my friend wanted to go to Mercedes main dealer because he was very concerned about non franchise motor groups, MFI had the right car in stock and it ticked all the boxes and the price was right, we met with Shezad and felt very comfortable with him, he new everything about the car and answered all the questions we had for him , we inspected the car over and took it for a long test run and he was more than happy to do so. the car was delivered to us on the other side of London a couple of days after, the car was fully valeted and a new mot and delivered on time at no extra cost. Tony at MFI Motors has been faultless with the service he has provided selling me a car recently.
