Just had my 1st session with Caroline after being recommended to her. first impressions, so friendly and really listened to my concerns and did a full consultation to work out my issues and then worked through everything, put my mind at ease about injury but also how to look after myself. The massage was thorough and worked through all my problem areas and I feel great, really great. on top of that gave me great tips and advice on exercises and stretches I can do to keep me injury free. I will be booking another session ready for a big race coming up and on going treatments when I need them. if you have any niggling injuries that you want checking out, I would 100% recommend Caroline. thanks so much Caroline !!! Caroline is absolutely fantastic! I Have suffered with severe shoulder pain for 4 years and seen numerous nhs physios, any relief was short lived. Having been to see Caroline my pain has almost gone (what remains is manageable). I received a deep tissue massage focusing on the area along with tips and exercises to help with my pain.
