7 Stars Limousine

I called 7 stars because I was taking 15 international high school students to downtown Seattle for shopping and dinner and the school vans would not fit in any downtown parking garages.  Just to be clear - I called them with just over 2 hours notice!  They were amazing!  They had the fanciest 12 passenger van I have ever seen, plus a beautiful SUV to take us into town.  They were on time and drivers were both so nice (they had to be to put up with 15 teenagers!).  They dropped us off and gave me their contact information to contact them when we wanted to be picked up.  They were on time to pick us up and get us back to the school.  I will definitely use 7 Stars again. I booked a limo over the phone with Ella for my best friend's bachelorette party.  First off, the service is exceptional!!  Ella is so incredibly friendly and she made the booking process so easy for me.  Our driver, Dennis, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and Ella even included a complimentary bottle of champagne for my girlfriends and I.  Ella pays attention to the small details of making a night special and my girlfriends and I had a truly memorable night.I've had a lot of issues with car service companies in the past (e.g., arriving late, not arriving at all, long booking process, etc.) but Ella and Dennis made the experience stress-free and memorable.  I will definitely use this service again when I'm back in Washington! We called the service and spoke to Ella who arranged the service to pick us up and drop us off from the airport to the Pier for a cruise.  I rated the service 5 Stars because there was nothing I could complain about.  The cars were clean and appeared to be kept up mechanically.  The cost was a tiny bit more than their competitors, however, I took the chance based on reviews I read on this site.  Thanks Ella, Vladi, and the third gentleman for a great experience. Highly recommend 7 Stars Limousine! I worked with Ian throughout the entire process, and he was extremely helpful in setting up a surprise limo ride for my boyfriend's birthday! He picked my boyfriend up all the way out in Monroe,  stopped at a friend's house in Northgate and then continued on to the party in Pike Place Market. The grand total was $230 for a one-way trip on a Saturday night including one stop to pick up friends, a bottle of champagne on ice, soda and water. The total also included tip and some of the odd gas/mileage charges that get added on with other companies. He was very upfront about what I was getting for the prices, accommodating to the one-way only plan, and very responsive to emails when I had additional questions & wanted confirmation. The first time that I used any town car services, I called 7 stars. I had an amazing customer experience. I made my reservation a month ahead and the receptionist politely asked me after taking all my info if I would like to get a friendly reminder day before our trip (I'm surprised that they find the time to do that! ) Their rate couldn't be beat by anyone and their car arrived early (the driver was more than happy to wait for me to get ready and didn't make me feel rushed.) As someone who rarely uses town car services, the level of attention they paid to my trip was a pleasant surprise especially given the price they charge. I would recommend this company to everyone! We came across 7 Stars Limousine by yelp reviews and it did not disappoint!! We used this service last weekend for a party of nine for a bachlorette in belltown. Rafa was who I booked it with via phone and David was our driver, what a great team!! Rafa was so fast with responses to emails n texts when I had questions! It was refreshing. David was awesome, when we asked him to snap a picture for our bachlorette party, he took like 3-4 in different angles, so nice! We went from Belltown to Pioneer square then into late night food on Broadway, as a surprise stop at the end, David was so nice about it.I'D RECOMMEND 7 Stars Limousine!! More...

I can't thank 7 Stars Limousine Service enough for the AMAZING to/from not once, but TWICE airport transportation service and experience. They were both very time sensitive work trips and I had first time executives flying in from out of town for a meet and greet on one of the occasions- so promptness was KEY.   The chauffeur picked me up from downtown Redmond area and greeted me with the upmost respect and kindness. The driver was very helpful on handling my luggage and also provided me with some refreshments in the vehicle. My fiance and I celebrated our anniversary by booking a limousine service to take us out for fun. I wanted to do something special, so booked with 7 STARS LIMOUSINE SERVICE. I am so happy I did. The driver's name was David, and he was unexpected friendly, punctual and knew where he was driving. The car was so entertaining (music, wine, food etc), clean and airy inside. We enjoyed the car more then SEA sight seeing ( well almost LOL) . Also the price was cheaper then all other limousine services( I called more then 11 limousine services, but their price was rough). I've talked to the owner directly, her name is Rafa. She is an extremely friendly gal. She said, she spends a lot of extra money for customer's entertaining and service. I decided to choose 7 Stars Limousine for a friend's bachelor party.  The company was very communicative before my reservation, and was happy to answer any questions I had.  We reserved a 10 passenger stretch limo for 3 hours to take us around the city (as directed)The driver arrived at least 15 minutes early and made sure to call me when he arrived.  The limo was spotless and in pristine condition.  I would definitely recommend this service, as the experience I had was very professional and seamless. Booked the limo ONE DAY before my birthday party with a few girlfriends. No issues. Solid price, solid everything.Ian, the sickest driver ever, showed up promptly and he was super cool with all of my guests. He quickly got us exactly where we needed to go. He was so quick that he was able to get us to our destination before my time limit was close to expiration, and I would have to pay extra. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome.
