Although it was the state of the art system installed over five years ago for both our fixed and mobile applications, your continued technical support in maintaining it has been second to none. The upgrades and continued ‘miniaturisation’ of the hardware and your most recent software updates have ensured the system has kept pace with the manufacturer’s own platform and technical advancements. Despite the recent glitch by the hardware manufacture (not your company), I was particularly impressed with your ability to work in conjunction with the manufacturer in providing this support and carrying out the upgrades - in line with the continued technical advances within this specialist field.
Given you have always delivered on time, on budget and with professionalism, I would be only too happy to provide a testimony to any prospective customer.
