The staff is great! Duane, LJ, Ryan, Joey, Price, Rashard....ect. Even the big guy Mr Shields himself. My son Seldon has been training with Price Gundlefinger with baseball hitting/pitching training and coupled with 6 months of the Steel class training by Ryan and Duane has turned my son into a beast. My wife and I were inspired to take fitness classes by LJ Vosika. After our workouts we go to the other facility for protein shakes. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. More...

So I've been a member for some years now.. I love this gym, and the staff. Everyones is super great, including the members. I think the building could use a few updates and fixes, but overall its a ton better than what I can get at home. I would also like to add the training facility is an awesome perk to the membership, and a lot of people don't take an advantage of it!

The trainers are very helpful and friendly. This past Monday I just started the Whole 30 Challenge and I have to say Kory did an awesome job putting all that together, very informative and extremely helpful.

Overall I by far recommend this gym to anyone and encourage them to join! :) More...

Check out the medical care they provide! Less than one week ago I was going to the emergency room at 3AM for pain control of a bad back and previous surgery. I saw Dr. Ligon and immediately felt relief after my first visit! As a physician I only knew of one type of medical care but before I would ever look at surgical intervention I would check this place out! They are incredible and worth the time to see what they can do for you! I am a believer now and 100% fixed! More...

I've been poking around KC, checking out gym's facilities, prices, etc. This is by far the best place I found considering no sign up fee, affordably monthly pricing, all the classes included and all the facility has to offer!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Clean facility. Not intimidating. Various times for classes. I've taken Carlos' boxing class since I've joined and I'm obsessed. This gym actually makes me look forward to going to the gym after work.

I recommend doing a tour and a 3 day pass. Ask for Joel or Christian. More...

Can't say enough about how great the facility and staff. I have 2 boys 4th and 5th grade in the exercise program for over 6 months and we've seen amazing hands in fitness. My family and I were members for a few years, left for a couple, and have been back for a couple months now. Lacey, who does massage, is AMAZING. The Inside Sports Clinic has helped me resolve an ongoing pain issue with my power lifting in just a couple weeks. We have always loved and appreciated the childcare. Our kids are a little older now and still enjoy it. Our oldest child has done the youth training at the warehouse multiple summers, and that's been good. When there are tournaments, things kind of go to hell. Front desk staff sometimes seem like they don't know what's going on around the rest of the facility, and rather than find an answer to your question they just say they don't know. It's not ALL front desk employees though, but I've encountered it more in the weekends. Cleanliness was an ongoing issue before, but in our return, the facility has been exceptionally well maintained. Any classes I took before, and now, are very good, with variety for everybody. Love the childcare and the staff a lot. They are all so helpful and friendly and it's nice to see the owner playing ball on the courts or in the childcare saying hello to the kids.
