I have trained with 645 fitness for over 12 months now and have seen a huge improvement in both strength & fitness, the programming is tailored to you as an individual and made to fit around you. During a 3 month period I managed to add 30kg on to my back squat by following the programme designed and set out for me. Dedication but most of all the enjoyment of what you are doing.

Seeing clients hit their goals whether it’s improving running personal best, weight loss, muscle gain or just overall fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having a huge passion for fitness and wanting to help individual hit any goal they would like from weight loss to a certain event.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My private studio will be cleaned after every client and deep cleaned every evening. Hand santiser will be available and if customer requests me wearing a face mask I will more than happily wear one.
