Jen is brilliant! I needed someone to come in and spend some time with my two dogs while I'm at work and found Jen. She's been amazing with them! They're in very safe caring hands and are content and happy - she even plays them relaxation music so they're nice and chilled and well behaved when she leaves (they rag things when I leave them)! I would recommend Jen to anyone with a problematic pooch or indeed to those who just want to set a good foundation for a happy balanced dog. I took on a young German shepherd x malamute who we were told was very placid loved other dogs and people. I found out very quickly this definitely wasn’t the case! I had been with another trainer for nearly 9 months with very little improvement. I contacted Jen who came out and did an assessment and agreed to work with us. I have only been training with Jen for about 6 weeks and have already started to see some improvement in the dogs behaviour when out and about. I’m now very hopeful that with Jen’s help and support we can get the problems sorted and will have the happy balanced dog we wanted. She is very easy to get on with, patient and non judgmental. Jenny has been training my Yorkshire terrier puppy that is a year old. He was very hyperactive and didn't listen. Since jenny has been training him he has started to listen and become more obedient. I would recommend jenny to anyone as she is extremely calm and patient.

Jen is fabulous. We have two German sheppards, one male one female. Our male had bad anxiety, his nerves meant he hated meeting new people and would bark, snap and runaway from them, both inside and outside of the house. We contacted Jen end of November 2017. She came out and done a thorough assessment and we began once a week sessions. We are so pleased to say Jen, has managed to help him so much, he is now calm when new people enter and will in his own time allow people to fuss him. He is no longer displaying any signs of aggression and is by far a much more relaxed happy boy both inside and outside the home. Jen gave both him and us the ability to cope when things stress him, and therefore happiness is restored. It really didn’t take many sessions at all as we had to miss three weeks and today Jen said he was where he needed to be and no longer needed anymore sessions, however she said if we have any problems in the future she is always there to call. Jen is a lovely lady, who knows her stuff and takes training at the dogs speed which is fab. Any questions We had Jen was always happy to answer and always available to ask.
