I have never belonged to a gym more than a few months. And have joined many since my 20s. I've been a member here for 3 years. Not highly active as a member in the past, but would at least try the treadmill in the winter months. The new owners and staff are amazing. Very welcoming, super nice and helpful. I even signed up with Alex as a personal trainer and am very pleased with the sessions. Training sessions are relatively inexpensive. I would highly recommend at least looking into them. More...
