I've been working with Bill for almost 5 years. In that time I've gone from 48% body fat to 31% and still continue to improve my body composition. I've gained muscle, strength, stamina and most of all, confidence! Bill believed in me and encouraged me from the very beginning and continues to do so, pushing me to be a better version of myself. I have referred several clients to Bill and they have all continued working with him for years - a true testament to what a fantastic trainer he is. Bill has a true passion to help people attain their health and fitness goals and customizes each client's plan accordingly. Even as my goals have changed, he has continued to craft workouts taylored toward my individual needs in order to help me achieve my vision. I can't say enough good things about this guy! I have been wanting to try something different as my regular routine didn't seem to be delivering the results I was looking for, so I decided to use WILD BILL. Bill's personal training is one of a kind. He teaches you the proper technique to avoid injuries and he is super knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body. Bill is an exceptional trainer. I hardly know I'm working out because he makes our hours fun. Don't get me wrong... I definitely feel it the next day but the time flies by! No two workouts are the same which keeps everything fast-paced and interesting. He takes pride in his work and in his client's accomplishments.
