I would highly recommend 4D Planning for their exceptional service, especially Darragh. He secured planning permission for our HMO property in Hillingdon which was refused twice before. He was professional, friendly and extremely efficient at replying to emails and any questions I had, replying as late as 9pm in the evening and as early as 6am in the morning! I was kept very well informed along the whole process with any updates he received from the council. I used 4D for getting permission for a roof terrace. On the face of it, it was expensive, but after searching about for other options, this was the cheapest and best option.

From the outset, the service was quick and thoughtful and the final result was exactly as I wished, i.e. an excellent design that seemingly skirted around some pretty stringent planning laws.
