He is one of very good trainers. Sam was training me closed to 4 years.
Still, I am not 100% healthy, but my health condition improved 80%.

Sam is an excellent trainer that keeps you honest without being overbearing. Sam is very knowledgeable and current in his approach to fitness. Sam Jabarin is a great personal trainer who pays attention to details and is very motivational. I have completed a few sessions with Sam and each time he is attentive and listened to my goals. We first did a thorough assessment of my physical abilities to get a baseline. As a healthcare professional, I was especially impressed by Sam's ability to pick out imbalances in my body and warn me of potential injuries if we didn't address them in training. I am so glad I found Sam! Past injuries made it difficult for me to work out. I tried two other trainers and they just made it worse. Sam works around my injuries and finds exercises that I can do to gradually improve my strength. Sam has a lovely manner. He encourages me and still pushes me to work hard.
