I had the privilege of being in the fundamentals of coaching class with Dave as facilitator. this was all done online with about 10 or so participants and many like myself or just becoming introduced to coaching concepts. Dave carefully laid a foundation for us, and over the weeks framed the structure while holding us accountable for action. we had to do the work, I learned coaching by doing. Dave has a gift of being able to engage with anyone, and gently but firmly lead. by the end of the program not only did we have a firm foundation and a sound structure we came away with with beautifully finished work.
