Have used 3Cs twice now once for a computer which they prepared for me as requested and transferred all my data over. I was worried about people pulling the wool over my eyes as I am not tech minded. They explained everything to me in terms that I understood. a month later my mobile phone screen broke , I had no hesitation in visiting 3Cs again and the very next day the phone was repaired and back in my hands. I took my iPad in on a Saturday as it had suddenly died. I was told promptly on Monday that it couldn’t be salvaged. They didn’t charge me and I received a SIM card for free! They are really friendly and professional at 3C’s. There was nothing they could do for my iPad because it is over 8 years old so on its last legs. Phone would not charge up. Went to Apple with broken iphone6. They said it was dead and not repairable. Wanted to sell us a ‘new’ iPhone 6 but only 90 days warrantee which was strange to say the least. Was recommended to try 3C’s who took about1 hour to diagnose a battery fault only. Stopped by as my laptop had "died" on me and wanted to keep my business as local as possible, within 30 seconds Mazza had recognised the issue and fixed it right in front of me, it was only simple because he's a skilled professional and because of the short fix time he didnt want to charge me, I appreciated his time but more importantly his honesty so I bought something that i wouldnt otherwise of been thinking about. As a business owner myself I feel this is the only way we should all be trading with and helping each other, rather than trying to take from or exploit each other. I stopped and chatted for a good half hour with Mazza, putting the world to rights and not only have come away as a very satisfied customer but felt that everyone who reads these reviews should know about today and be looking to support local businesses like these. I came into 3C's today to upgrade the RAM in my MacBook Pro. Usually things like this have to booked in, when I told them I was a teacher and that I needed my computer the next day, they literally dropped everything and got to work! I was in the shop for no longer than 20 minutes. Whilst doing the uprgrade, they talked me through the process in an understandable way and answered all of my questions.
