I have only been training with Catherine @3bfit for the last 2 nearly 3 months, when I booked in for my first class I was so nervous I didn’t no what to expect I also didn’t want to be the one who wasn’t as fit as everybody else or couldn’t keep up with the class but in fact I didn’t have to worry about a thing because the support from Catherine and Chris plus the friendly atmosphere is something I have never had in any other classes I have attended,I am so happy to be apart of the 3bfit family ❤️

I really enjoyed been@ 3BFIT with Catherine. I have learned which exercising is most effective for me to meet my goals also by doing certain task correctly it will reduce any injure and help the effectiveness on the routine. Classes passed very fast and there were a lot of variety on exercises. Catherine is very motivated and that help a lot , also she is given very useful and important tips on nutritional points to coordinated your meals with your training. More...

I have just done a month with Catherine and I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a wonderful motivator. Her exercises target all areas of the body and the sessions are interesting and varied. She gives you a great nutrition plan which is easy to follow. I've done A LOT of different classes and workouts over the years and I have to say working out with Catherine was my favourite. More...

Catherine's approach is very down to earth but she keeps you motivated and goal focused. It's the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training. Time passes quickly and the sessions are varied. Delighted to see you are all set up in Dundrum. I wish I was still on mat leave. Your mummy and baby classes were brilliant. It was great to get toned and feel fitter again. Also so helpful to have the weekly and odd twice a week class as it was so hard to prioritise time for myself. I loved every minute of them as did little Senan. Hopefully you will be doing some classes in Dundrum for mums and babies. Now that Senan is so big I'll need to check out some classes without him More...

For years I've been a yoga lover, I still am. However I got to a point where I felt I had hit a wall with my fitness level. After a few sessions with Catherine at 3B Fit I realized I had found the perfect complement to my yoga routine. I had never done weight lifting and Catherine explained its benefits and how it could help me. Despite of my initial scepticism I was able to feel the benefits form the 1st session. I gradually felt stronger not just physically but mentally, I literally saw my body changing in a great way! It also helped me greatly with my ongoing back pain.
I very much enjoy Catherine’s sessions, they are varied (I get bored quickly and she’s able to keep me engaged) and time flies by. But what I love the most is Catherine’s down to earth and easy going approach. She can read me and knows when I need to be pushed and motivated, no judgement. Catherine is very knowledgeable, not just on the fitness side, but also in nutrition and she’s given me great recipes that I’ve incorporated in my arsenal.
I can't recommend 3B Fit enough!

I love training with Catherine. I don't really like the big gym set-ups so 3bFit is perfect as you get to train in small groups. Catherine always keeps you motivated and challenges to push yourself. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get fitter and stronger. More...

I attended Catherine when she first started out & even then you could tell she has a natural talent for helping people achieve their physical goals. I was amazed to see results very quickly, she is a fantastic trainer! I would highly recommend!

I also brought my boyfriend along who needed a little nudge back into fitness, working in an office job. He really got the buzz working out with Catherine, he loved it!! And I have to say the results were fantastic, thanks Catherine!! �....but really it started him back to a healthy active, physical lifestyle which is a wonderful thing.

Joining 3BFit is the best decision I've made in a long time. I was nervous to start because I hadn't been to the gym in years. I didn't want to join a big gym that felt intimidating and I knew I needed some accountability for my weekday workouts. Group personal training with Catherine has kept me motivated to work out for months now. She's supportive, encouraging, kind- everything you need in a personal trainer. Her sessions are small (max 5 people) so you don't feel like just another client. I know I speak for everyone in the 3BFit community when I say that you're very welcome to join our club. I would highly recommend Catherine’s Supermum project for any new Mums who want to ease themselves back into exercise after having a baby. She tailors an exercise programme to suit Mums who may not have exercised in months (or years!) to minimise risk of injury yet at the same time encourages and motivates you to push yourself to maximise results. The class sizes are small, meaning Catherine can dedicate time to each person and discuss any health/fitness queries or concerns you may have. The babies are happy to observe from the side and she even has a playpen for those babies on the move! If the babies need attention during the class it is not a problem. Often Catherine manages to comfort/entertain them while running the class which is impressive! I have definitely noticed improvements in both my technique and fitness levels in a short period of time. More...

I've been going to Catherine for over 9 months now, and can't recommend her highly enough. I'd been to other trainers and gyms in the past but lost interest after a while, but Catherine caters for everyone. She understands and cares for her clients yet pushes you when you think you aren't capable. I always come out of a class feeling much better than I went in. I can't recommend Catherine and 3BFit highly enough. As a new mum with a lot of work to do to regain my fitness, she has been supportive, encouraging and challenging all at once. I'm starting into month three with our SuperMum group and I look forward to the classes every week.
