Sarah and I hired these two for our wedding photos in 2015, after seeing Brian’s work on another project. Truly, working with them was an absolutely pleasure. Brian and Ryanne bring their unique style to their work - we loved the mix between beautiful, formal shots of our wedding, candid intimate moments, and really fun, motion-filled snaps of the dance floor. In addition to being amazing to work with, very professional but casual, their post-wedding work on our album was perfect. From our first communication with Brian and Ryanne I had a feeling we had found the right photographers. We were planning a very small wedding with only immediate family and a few close friends. Brian and Ryanne invitation to meet ahead of time to visit the venue, get to know us, and make sure they understood what we wanted was exactly the type of relationship-focused approach that we were hoping for. As a former journalist, I was also hoping that the pictures would tell the story of the day, as well as capture the emotions. Brian, who has worked as a photojournalist, understood exactly what I wanted. The day of, Brian and Ryanne had the perfect approach and presence, helping us feel at ease, blending into the background when appropriate, taking charge and directing people for group shots when necessary. But of course the very best part was when we received the pictures from them about 5 weeks later. Not only did it feel like we were reliving the day, but they also captured exchanges, moments, emotions we had missed. The pictures were beautiful and abundant. They proved to be very talented photographers, both with a great eye for detail, light, and composition. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have 3B Photography shoot our wedding and I would highly recommend them to any couple. Working with Brian and Ryanne on our wedding day (and beyond) was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made. Recommended to us by a friend, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great experience working with them, all while maintaining a wonderful, laidback vibe that is truly appreciated in the stress leading up to and on your big day. They made great suggestions for places to shoot in and around our venue, were wonderfully accommodating of our requests, and had a great process leading up to our day that was seamless and pain-free. We were drawn to 3b Photography because of their gorgeous photojournalistic style of capturing weddings and, while graciously agreeing to the few staged bridal party/family photos we wished to have done, it truly was the candid moments they caught on film that beautifully showcased all that made our day so special. Both Brian and Ryanne are extremely professional in their approach but also so non-invasive in their style that numerous of our guests commented on how they didn't even notice they were there...and our photos showed it, in the uninhibited bliss (and loads of happy tears!) they were able to capture in our photos.We were thrilled with our experience and the final product of our photos, and would definitely love to work with Brian and Ryanne again! Brian and Ryanne were recommended to us by a close friend and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were absolutely fantastic and made us both feel very comfortable during our shoot. They were able to capture us being us and managed to avoid too many of those "staged" shots we really wanted to avoid. They recommended a great place to photograph our wedding party and were also successful in making everyone feel comfortable. Ryanne & Brian were recommended to us by a wonderful couple we trust and we were not disappointed! We felt like we hired friends of many years to photograph our special day. Our wedding was an intimate, private gathering and Ryanne & Brian catered to our every need which allowed us to keep true to ourselves. Even when we felt awkward being photographed, they made us laugh and kept us relaxed and comfortable. My husband and I worked with Brian and Ryanne for our engagement photos and wedding photos (2017-2018) and it was a truly amazing experience! From the first time we met Brian at the Wedding Market Co. event, we knew that we wanted to work with 3B - both Brian and Ryanne were so patient and approachable, and they were the perfect blend of laid-back and professional. Sean and I felt extremely nervous and awkward about taking so many pictures for our wedding, but 3B made us feel so at ease - by the time we were done taking our engagement photos, we felt like we had spent the evening with true friends and it really showed in the beautiful photos they were able to capture of us!! They were always there to answer any questions we had during the wedding process and they really made me feel so special, beautiful and relaxed on the wedding day - as cheesy as it sounds, I feel like the wedding day experience would not have been as amazing without them by our sides! I absolutely recommend 3B for your photography needs. Brian and Ryanne met with us and had specific questions for us about our venue and our style. They listened closely, forming their plan to shoot at our wedding. On the day, they were subtle in their presence, while working hard to take the shots - this in a tight space with more difficult angles than usual. We are in love with our photos, often gazing at them, remembering the day. Brian and Ryanne continue to be very patient with us as we select the photos for our albums, which we are looking forward to.The included engagement shoot is also great, serving as both another set of photos, and Brianne and Ryanne's chance to get to know how to shoot you, the couple, better.
