Michael Markle is the best hair artist! He is sent from the hair Gods above. I had long brown virgin hair and wanted to spice it up a bit. I went with a full highlight and he turned me into a beautiful blond!! I can't believe how wonderful it turned out. I was so scared that I was making a mistake by getting color in my hair since I had no coloring previously but the mistake was not meeting Michael earlier!! You will love your hair and experience with Michael. I've gone back to get partial highlights to touch up twice since. Juan is the reason why I scheduled at 3930 Ego. He is honestly the best. I won't let anybody else touch my hair. Very welcoming and positive atmosphere. . the front booking agents are very nice. A place where it's easy to relax and it's not crazy and loud.. as long as Juan is there I will be a kept client and have no hesitation to refer others there, including friends & family. JUAN!!!!!!!!He has been cutting my hair for over 13 years! I am a very picky person when it comes to having anyone come anywhere near my hair. I never have to tell Juan how to cut or style my hair ever. Only because, he knows how and what I like. To be completely honest I let him decide on how he wants to style it because I trust him whole heartily and know that he wont do something outrageous even though we have done that before for my birthday! I would recommend any one of the stylists at 3930 to be fair they are all honest with you and don't just dismiss what you want or what your thoughts are and if you say you don't like it they do not take any offense to it. I definitely think that constructive criticism helps but never ever hurt anyone's feelings on how their work is. Juan has been my hair secret for years on years now and I slowly have been telling people about him and where he works because, all of my friends always ask me "who cuts your hair it looks so good!" and that's not me just gassing my stylist up he really is a gem and has magic hands and will listen to you and will be very honest with you so if you are on the sensitive side of things then im sorry but if your ends are looking choppy and need to be cut more then an inch trust the process it works! your hair will grow back healthier and fuller then you could ever imagine! Belle is your go to girl for color. I knew her from another salon but never had a chance for her to color my hair. I do not like change, but I finally bit the bullet and changed salons. ..I am so glad I did! The salon is so cute and cozy, and Belle is great. Bell has been my color stylist for almost 2 years now and she's done a great job every time I've gone. I followed her from one salon to here because I was so happy with her work. She took my hair from a medium brown to an ash blonde to purple colormelts to a soft honey blonde and all of her advice has kept my hair healthy the whole time. The salon itself has an open, airy, modern, vibe and I actually don't mind spending hours here while my hair's being bleached or dyed. The staff is all super kind and accommodating. Bel has been doing my hair color for over 10 years. I've gone from highlights to dark red, dark with with blue/pink/purple underneath, to blonde, and back to a beautiful chocolate brown. Katy had the confidence and talent needed to take my thick, curly hair from super-long to super-short at my very first appointment with her this past summer! She always takes her time to tailor my cut to my facial features and work with my cowlicks. Katy is the person to see for a flattering pixie cut! I followed her to 3930, and her new digs are lovely. It's an open space, so the neighboring chairs have to listen to whatever I'm chattering about (today it was seasonal affective disorder and Terrace House), but everyone was super nice and I hope there was enough background noise to drown me out a bit... This is the cutest place! i was in need of someone that could achieve the hair color I wanted to get too, especially being asian with blonde hair it's difficult to find the right person to maintain it and that's what Bell does! she is absolutely amazing! not only is she great at what she does she also makes sure your hair will be in good condition! my hair is still super long & feels healthy.
