The driver was a very educated person, kept me informed at all times and drove with care. People on customer services very kind and skilful. Used for a long distance trip which was a pick up far away and drop off back in Woolwich. Simple to book, email confirmation with all details, friendly driver that was on time for a stress free ride. Friendly driver. Clean car. Flight was delayed by almost an hour and took another hour to get out of airport due to passport gates being closed and baggage taking a little while to come through but driver waited.

Making the booking was easy, the website although a little cluttered was intuitive and the online quote is very handy.The driver was punctual on both journeys. Alex was professional and friendly which is exactly what you need as a paying customer.I was a little dubious about not using a local cab firm for my trip from Hampshire into LHR and out of LGW airports but everything was well organised with no issues.
