Natasha is so pleasant knowledgeable in may 2022 I made an appointment that was the most important contact from the start I felt at ease and could not believe the result after couple of treatments cupping needles etc after 25+ years of restricted movement and pain I had full movement No pain till a couple of weeks ago and my neck shoulder started to ache a little (full movement no problem )so a quick appointment and treatment has sorted again and advice and a couple of simple exercises I feel great and I should be able to reduce aches ( not in pain ) with a little help from Natasha now again can’t thank her enough

Over the years of lifting heavy weights, I have had nothing but constant aches and pains in the gym and even just sitting at home now. I’ve seen a few different people over the years, but Natasha is BY FAR THE BEST. She uses a multidisciplinary approach and more importantly listens to you! In my sessions, I get cupping, acupuncture, deep tissue massages to work out knots, she’s uses a hypervolt which is what you see a lot of the pro’s use and that’s just the start of it! Natasha is my absolute miracle worker! I have been to her for 6 sessions of Cosmetic Accupuncture over the last 8 weeks and not only does my skin look and feel better I feel like a completely new person. After a lovely chat and full consultation on my first visit she explained that not only would she do Cosmetic Accupuncture, she would also be able to help with symptoms of the delightful Menopause. After the first session I honestly felt better and now in only 8 weeks I have no anxiety, my energy is back and my overall enthusiasm for life has returned. She’s also treated my neck as she straight away knew without touching it I had problems which were giving me awful headaches. After only one treatment of that I’ve had no headaches since. Cosmetic acupuncture was absolutely amazing. Tash is a true professional and very passionate about what she does, giving detailed information and advice beforehand, which out my mind at ease. The procedure was very relaxing, and after just one session, the overall appearance of my skin is softer and brighter. Treatment was followed by LED light therapy. I am absolutely amazed at Natasha and her knowledge . I am an athlete and I travel a lot for work . My back is always in agony , I have fibromyalgia and with constant travel I am constantly dealing with imbalance . I discovered Natasha from the lovely palates instructors that are in the same building . Natasha was inquisitive , she too the time to get to know me , my routine and body so she can curate and tailor the right treatment for me . I have now been a recurring patient of hers . She does acupressure , acupuncture, cupping and sports massage on me which has helped me sleep better, helped my posture and has aided my ability to get back in the gym without pinching or injuring something !
