360 Realtors...Fraudsters and bad customer service
I gave advanced payment of 25000 to block an apartment in Godrej Rejuve project.
During the meeting with one of the sales guy from 360 realtors, they mentioned that you can block the apartment with this amount and decide later. They did mention that if i decide to cancel i will get the blocking amount completely refunded. Its been almost a month now, i cancelled due to bad professionalism from 360 realtors and still waiting for some one to get back to me with an update. Just to let you know, 360 realtors are in partnership with godrej to promote their properties in middle east region.

I am Sandhya from Hyderabad. I have paid advance cheque date as 19th Jan 2018 for Rupees: 1,68,800 to booked the Unit C-302 in Palm groves throough 360 Realtors.
After that no receipt and no documents i received from them till March 2018. Myself called them and asked to provide all these then somehow i received it. Again they haven't start home loan process also. Myself took intiate and call them to start the process pn April 2018. It means for each and everything we have to follow up and chase with them to get the things done. Till June they tried with all the banks for my home loan, but due to some reason i didn't get home loan. So i asked for refund back my amount in JUNE 2018.
Believe or not i am keep on calling and sending mails from June 2018 to get back my money but till now i didn't get it. I sent mails to pujil.bhat@6thelement.co.in,

At last Pujil on 23rd Aug 2018, she requested to wait me one more month to do settlement and i accepted that and waited till Sep 23rd 2018 and called back to her on 24th Sep 2018 and she said i left he Organization, so don't call me you check with kumar Reddy from Palm grooves. I called Saurabh as well and said we are trying our level best. I think his level best is not done itseems after these 6 months also and not bothered about this issue. Silently escaped all. Again i started sending mails to Rahul (Marketing person who i gave check to him, so i am catching him only). Simply sending mails to Reddy Kumar, Prathush,Vaibhav, Rahul really fed up these irresponsible people. Just to make me quite giving some fake date and when that date comes they again not picking the calls and not responding to my mails. Like this 3 postpones have done as of now. In Aug, Sep, Nov, Dec and finally now Reddy Kumar asked me to wait Feb 2019.Now am saying i will wait till 1st march 2019. But what is the guarantee that he will refund my amount because he already failed in 3 commitments. So i asked him to give cheque for After 1st March 2019 date only. Please tell me, my ask is valid or not? and that too i promised to him like, i will not drop the cheque without informing you and also if you want time like 7 to 10 days also i can wait. What's problem he is haivng if he is going to stand on his commitment. Now i decided to go legally. So Friends don't invest your valuable money in this irresponsible and committeless companies. We are leaving our family and working hard to earn money to do invest like this? Please don't get disturb like me after investing here. I learn very good lesson from them. If we are not getting any profits also fine but we should not get loss with our eared money. I invested here 1,63,800 and it's almost 13 months and till now i paid more than 40,0000 interest. So am requesting all think before investing here.
