Alex was our knight in shining armour at our last hour of panic. We are having a wall knocked down in our kitchen and was advised that we didn’t need any permissions until the last minute. My husband did a search and Alex came back to us on a Saturday of all days when we thought all hope was lost! He spent 20mins on the phone with my husband advising us what we needed to do, all his advice was informative and at no cost and was more than happy to share his pearls of wisdom. He directed us to the council website to find the correct application we needed to do, we took one look at the daunting forms and decided rather than completing them with missing info we would ask Alex to submit on our behalf as he was used to doing this on a regular basis and knew what was required. Alex’s price was more than fair and he spent just short of an hour on the phone advising us and taking our information. He immediately put us both at ease and his flow of knowledge was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Alex our kitchen build is now back on track and we will defo be using Alex for future design/build ideas in our next property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all we know!! Me and my Wife were out of our mind with worry as our local planning department had threatened us our new Garage has to be dismantled and the land returned to its former condition within four weeks or we were facing legal action, I phoned Alex and explained and from the getgo he reassured us and took control of the situation, he came to our home and completed a site survey explaining everything each step of the way his calm methodical professional approach put our minds at rest and we knew we were in the right hands, the communication of information was seamless and within hardly any time are approval had been sent through.
