3PT use an evidence based and highly personalised approach to coaching. We go way beyond just the session and ensure we address the key areas associated with people health and fitness goals including nutrition, lifestyle and continued education of our clients.

This allows us to instil these changes in our clients day to day life making them long term changes NOT just short term results.

To deliver this we have a select team of coaches that must have completed educational processes beyond simply cert 3 and 4. We also then place great emphasis on the continued up skilling of all coaches to ensure 3PT is continually pushing forward.

The secret is two part.

1 - Do the basics well. Whilst the process can be challenging, the actual principles are easy. Our job as coaches is to guide you through these principles and be there with you every step of the way.

2 - Consistency. Following on from the above, the basics must be done well for an extended period of time. Quick fixes generally don't last long!

Myself and my brother Matt started 3PT from out love of sport. As we grew into the business we quickly gathered speed due to our emphasis on the client. I strongly believe that there are many knowledgable trainers out there that don't understand how to deal with the everyday client. Our approach of taking proven fitness methods and principles and blending them with the clients needs, wants and lifestyle demands has proven a recipe for success. This spurred us to continue taking this further and have now built a team of 5 coaches in our very own studio in Port Melbourne.

After successfully testing with our clients due to the Covid-19 shutdowns, we are rolling out our virtual PT service to the public. We have been able to package our face to face service into a virtual coaching package to give you the 3PT experience from your own home: Included is: - 1 on 1 virtual PT sessions - Personalised programming to ensure results - Nutrition coaching to compliment your training - Weekly check ins to ensure you're on the right track - 24/7 coach support - Access to 3PT Facebook coaching group full of content (including workouts) to get you through iso. We have found the main benefit of our virtual coaching to be ACCOUNTABILITY. The clients who still have virtual sessions to show up to are the ones achieving the best results through this time as they are staying accountable to their program. We get that it's different and people may have their reservations. Therefore we are offering 1 FREE SESSION (no obligation) to give you a chance to try for yourself. After that we are offering sessions at a fraction of the price of normal PT starting at only $25 p/w for everything above!
