Who are we:
We are an architectural and Interior design company formed in 2007 to provide complete architectural and interior design solutions. We are a husband and wife team of Eugene & Carla Arnulphy with over 15 years’ experience in the field.

What services do we offer:
We offer our clients a full range of services that “walk” them through the process from the initial meeting to handing over of the keys. This process is covered by the stages as gazetted by SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) namely:
Stage 1: Appraisal & Definition
Stage 2: Sketch Design
Stage 3: Design Development
Stage 4a: Submission
Stage 4b: Tender Documentation
Stage 5: Site Supervision

House Garrod: Extensive renovation of a late 1800’s house to restore it to its former glory
Jacobs Warehouse: Renovation and extension of a large warehouse in Jacobs, KZN
Houses Ntuli: 2 x New large upmarket residential house in Richards Bay & Kosi Bay
Essenwood Flats: Block of residential units on Essenwood road.
Cotswold Downs Estate: 3 Houses on this upmarket Estate
Palm Lakes Estate: 4 Houses completed on this estate
