I had a fault with an existing alarm system (previously installed by a different company). After the original company gave me an expensive quote to fix it, I asked 3 Alarms. Andy have me a quote too, but, as it's an older system, he also advised me where I could buy a replacement for cheaper than the repair cost, and gave me enough information to fix the fault myself if I wanted to.Good, honest advice for nothing - I will definitely use this company for any future work. After a break in at our small factory unit we contacted 3Alarms to Quote/install a new alarm system as our old one had been severely damaged, I have to say nothing was to much trouble and the service we received was second to none. We we're professionally advised which system would suit our business needs and the price quoted was extremely competitive. Installation was quick and simple and caused no disruption to our business at all, we decided to go ahead with a Total Protection Package which includes 24/7 Professional Monitoring, remote engineering and call outs, gives us full app control, a full warranty and an annual service for a small monthly cost which is worth the peace of mind. We wanted an alarm system installed but some of the quotes given to us made us think it would be cheaper for us to be burgled! !!!! Then, thank goodness, we found 3 alarms ltd.What a brilliant company. Jackie, the company director initially gave us a call to arrange an appointment to come and see us. We were still sceptical at this stage. After her visit our minds were completely put at rest. They are such a genuine company and will fit a absolutely top notch alarm for a very resonable price. We didnt feel pressurised at all, which I did with the other companies. We also felt we were not just another "ker ching" moment for a fat cat big impersonable company using a call centre to ring you. Andy came to install the alarm. Very proffessional and friendly. Following the recent installation of the Powermaster 30 alarm system to my house in Tynemouth I would like to firstly thank you for the efficiency of installation and then to let you know how pleased we are with the system which is both easy to operate and with the internal camera monitoring is a very robust system that seems to cover any eventuality of a break-in. Having had the previous 3 Alarm system for a number of years along with the maintenance contract I have been very pleased with the service so please feel free to use us as a referral to anyone considering having a new system installed or upgrading an existing one as I would have no hesitation in recommending both 3 Alarms and the Powermaster 30 system. Very professional approach when arrived for consultation, Explained all our options to come up with what we required for our insurance requirements. We had both the owners of the Company come one for the consultation and one to install the system. Both are very friendly and professional in their approach. We did have a problem in arming the system before going to work after it was installed. We actually woke the director up at 6.15 a.m. they were in touch by 7a.m. to us and solved the problem over the phone and being able to log into the system from their home to correct the fault so we could go to work. Then later that same day came to sort out the connection if that is not good service I do not know what is I think its exceptional.
