As an owner of a small eCommerce business I get 10 calls a day selling me marketing products. 9.9% of the calls are annoying and useless. The day I spoke with Mark Asai at National Positions I realized I found the .01%. Being a skeptic I asked Mark to call me back in a few months and he did. I strung him out for a year, always asking him to call me back in a "few" months. I trusted him but I wasn't ready to proceed. His patience and assurance that National Positions would make a difference in my company's sales was compelling and sincere. You just know when you're speaking to a "real" person, someone who really cares about the business relationship being mutually beneficial, not just a profit. I finally jumped in and realized a substantial increase within the first full month. I should have moved on this opportunity earlier! Their on-boarding team and and my Account Specialist Melissa are amazing. Here's what I like about this company/team: - RESULTS: My sales are up - I can call or email and ALWAYS get a quick response - They are flexible and good listeners - NP is dynamic, constantly making adjustments and improvements. And they keep me in the loop - NP continually evaluates my store and suggests, with confidence, other products they know will benefit me. Good product offering! - They stay on top of Google and fight on my behalf when necessary. I sell swords so and experience - They all are really nice people. Just finished my first campaign with National Positions, and even though it was the longest campaign ever that faced every single obstacle there is, we managed to overcome it all with a very pleasant communication and excellent problem-solving thanks to Jaclyn; who instead of focusing on the problem was focusing on solutions and looking for opportunity in the obstacle. I like how she was empathetic and responsive, looking out for me as an influencer and the client as well, creating great success for the campaign that was not going in the right direction.
