Finding time to get a good workout is tough, and that's where 2 Perform really can help. The machines maximize your workout - working the whole muscle instead of just one isolated section. In just 15 minutes, my muscles were definitely worked out to the point of fatigue but I wasn't in pain from the effort. I knew I had a thorough workout because the next day I felt some muscle soreness. The first couple of workouts were the hardest, because I'd obviously not used my muscles in this way before. But it was a "good hurt" and I really looked forward to each session.2 Perform is great for anyone, but it's especially great if you want to be committed to better fitness and struggle to find time to work out. A trainer is always with you and the studio is small, so you don't feel lost or like an idiot surrounded by a group of body builders. It's fun, it's fast and it really works. More...

I'm really loving 2Perform. The machines take a bit of getting used to, because you're working the entire movement (pushing against it as it moves to and from you). However, you always have a trainer there working with you to correct form, encourage you and make sure the workout is on track. As well, it's a quick in and one: 20ish minutes is the typical workout length and my body always feels worked out and slightly tired. We've scanned my body fat before starting and do progress checks as we go to see how I'm improving. (WOOT!!!) More...
