I have gone through SEVEN housecleaners in the three and a half months since Thanksgiving. Why so many Well four of the seven just never showed up for the appointment (without bothering to call or notify me).
One did show up, and charged triple the hourly rate she quoted. One showed up with two kids in tow (without telling me in advance), and one showed up, cleaned "ok" and then didn't show up for the second appointment. To say I was getting to the end of my rope and extremely frustrated was an understatement.
Imagine my joy to discover 2 Guys and a Girl Cleaning!!! They respond very quickly on facebook, follow up, kept communicating with me throughout the process, showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning. Hallelujah! I'm definitely a happy customer.
