We recently acquired the services of 2D Law and I was very impressed with the prompt responses to the many questions that we had, We were represented by Diarmuid, who was very courteous and extremely professional. I would strongly advise not to hire this man.
I hired him to assist defending my claim from being stuck out. The claim and evidence were all in place and just needed pleading. I hired him to draft a particular of Claim (POC) and he took on the claim knowing this WAS NOT his area of speciality. Defamation and data protection.

We had agreed a price and halfway through producing the POC he stopped work demanding more money.. Which felt like a mechanic had taken apart my car and was then demanding more money to put it together again. Which I paid!

He then CONvinced me he knew what he was doing and made changes to my claim based towards his speciality contract disregarding my issues. He produced a POC based on theory (implied) terms without fully explaining the terms he referred to were not in my contract. Alarm bells started to ring out but not knowing the law, the need to get this done asap and his convincing demeanour I complied.

The following week, the hearing came up. I paid him to come to the court to defend what he had written but he could not defend his work or advice. The judge rubbished his attempt to bring implied contract and his lack of knowledge about the case then threw the claim out. I don’t think he did much work on my claim and wanted the easy way out therefore produced a POC based on contract theory.

He had been paid the day before but five minutes before going into the hearing he demanded a small outstanding petty cash payment. His main motivation and passion were payment not customer satisfaction. More...

This is very disappointing as 2D Law worked extremely hard to assist Chris under great time pressure. We genuinely wanted to achieve success for him but had only an extremely limited amount of time to do so.

Mr Flood knows his job well and saves you loads of money.!
I had a Financial Dispute Resolution, he helped sort my paperwork and negotiate a deal that was best suited for me.
