We have used 2Circles since 2008 and have been delighted with the service. We love having a dedicated account manager - ours is called Kirsty and she goes the extra mile to help us all. This saves admin time, and therefore a lot of money. We enjoy having the phone answered by our dedicated team within a few rings. Like all telecoms we have also had our challenges with Openreach however I am very grateful that 2CC handle all the calls, hassle and stress with them. This is a great company. More...

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Martin Kershaw and the team at 9 Dots Consulting for the fantastic service we received. Our previous telecoms services were scattered amongst various providers, resulting in a lot of paperwork and significant extra cost. Inspire Web Design & Development have been expanding recently and had need of sourcing a VOIP and broadband solution for our new office. After much time looking for a new office location we’d found a city centre site but were unsure how to go about evaluating the upload speed of the office as the previous incumbent had had no telephony solution. We’ve dealt with Martin of 9 Dots Consulting for the last 3 years at our current office and sought his advice on what we should look for. Martin was very prompt and provided guidance on what to do. We took photos of the office and on provision of this information along with the postcode he was able to quickly assess the connection speeds available which meant the office would not be a viable solution for us. The speed of response ensured that all involved parties were able to manage the situation professionally. We were able to put a hold on plans for office furniture delivery and install and advise the landlord we would be unable to proceed due to the low upload speed. The landlord in turn was able to cancel his request to his Property Agent for removing the property from the market. After going back to the drawing board and looking for another site we had no hesitation in speaking to Martin again when we identified another office. The new sites previous incumbent again had had no broadband or telephone connection but had been managed by 2 Circles for the 2nd last tenant. This time the minimum available speeds were favourable and Martin was able to give guidance on costing not just one package but two upload/download packages. Ultimately we opted for a package that whilst it wasn’t the fastest was still way beyond what our previous connection speeds where.
