What do you love most about your job?
I get to create the most beautiful statement cakes and each and every one differs. There are never two cakes the same. After all the time and effort a bride puts into their day and the stress involved, it is always my favourite part to see the look on their face when they see their finished cake.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cake decorating has been a passion of mine since i was a child. It wasn't till my adult life that i realised, with all the positive feedback i would receive from the cakes that i had made, that i could be doing this as a professional business. So that is what i did! I love what i do and wish i would have started this business sooner.
