After my break in I decided to get some CCTV installed this January. The engineer was fantastic, he set it up quickly and it works perfectly. He answered all of my questions and now I feel safe being able to watch the live streams from my ipad. They even helped me with my wifi router and kept a smile on his face even with my many questions. This company fitted a CCTV system in Feb 16. They took 1/12 just to load the app on to iPad complaint that it was easier if we had android. We had saked that the system be able to send an email or an alarm if any camera detected any movement near the camera. When we couldn't find how it was done phoned up and was told to email someone at the office and all we got back was not sure what your asking have you looked in the help file. Since then we had a burglary and didn't know until next day, but we were in and watching to at least he time. Now found out the cabling is not suitable for outdoors and none of the camera mounts and wiring are waterproof had to get another firm in to sort out as they took so long to even reply to emails. New firm sorted out email and alarm in 15 minutes. I would not recomend this company if I had a gun to my head and my life depended on it. It's now going to cost to get it fit for purpose. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. More...
