Our experience with this company was terrible. Not only did they fail to stand behind the service they provided, they were combative, rude and untruthful.
We initially reached out to them for computer help, after sending them an email with the programs we need assistance with we called twice to confirm that those programs would not be a problem with our system, they assured us that they would not be a problem at all. The son came to our office assisted with initial setup and program installation. The next day some of the programs stopped working, so we reached out to them again to come back and try again, the son returned and reinstalled what he failed to do correctly prior. The father at the point insisted we repay for their mistake, he became very combative when I said I didn't think that was fair, he also claimed that it was the clients responsibility to make sure all the software worked with the new system even after they had promised us that the list of programs I had emailed initially would be fine. The son then offered to waive the fee and would be willing to help us in the future without his father knowing. This seemed to be something that he often offers clients which I appreciated. It's a good thing that we didn't pay for the second visit because the following day the programs failed to work again. We reached out to them again and after a bunch of lies on the son's part about when he would be able to help they simply stopped taking our calls, text and emails. So we called for the landline, they picked up and once I stated who we were they immediately hung up.
I can't emphasize enough how disappointed we are in the terrible service we received, save your money and stay away from this company.

If you need tech assistance, Cesar is the go to person. He is very knowledgeable, patient and fast! He explains everything in a clear way and doesn't make you feel embarrassed for not knowing simple things that come easy for him but not for me. You should have his number in your contacts! the reviews and rating that Cesar has are true and honest. needed a technician to fix our Mac and Chromebook soon. and thankfully he had time to make an appt. for this week. he was on time, respectful, excellent customer service and always lets you know what he is doing while he is accessing your computer. Seriously recommend him. and he is not like those other technicians that will basically just restart the computer just to get rid of the viruses the easy way and charge you a lot for having done nothing. he is one of the few people that take pride in their work and do an honest job. After a Windows 10 update on my Dell tablet left me in a boot loop, I was left with few choices: abandon my tablet and get something else, or reinstall Windows 10 and whatever Dell-specific drivers my tablet needed.  The second alternative was made more difficult by my family visit to San Diego, 500 miles from any IT I was familiar with.Enter Caesar of 24/7 PC Tech, who  took my call at 10:30 PM, confirmed that he could help me by an appointment at my daughter's home the next day, and arrived early (calling to verify that it was okay), with everything he needed to literally get me back in business.  This included clearing partitions and locating the Dell-specific drivers, and returning versions of Word and WordPerfect that needed.  All at a reasonable price.So, no brick, but a tablet that's uncluttered from six years of Windows Updates, noticeably faster, and more storage room.  I made a good choice, but I had to apologize that, due to the distance from my home, I'm  unlikely to use him regularly. Could not be happier with Cesar at 24/7 PcTech. He took the time to speak with me on the phone and explain what the likely problem was. We set up an appointment to get my laptop fixed and he was on time and extremely professional. He was able to save all the priceless files, photos, and videos!!! I have a crazy schedule and he was prompt and on time which is always great. If you ever have issues I highly reccomend giving Cesar a call. Cesar helped me set up a dual monitor workstation at home. I work from home a few days a week and I wanted the same type of set-up I have when I am working in the office. I bought two new computer monitors and Cesar set it up for me with my work laptop docked on docking station. Cesar made sure the necessary cables were connected to monitor and even had some cables that I needed with him. Cesar explained to me how I needed to choose the connecting power for both work and personal. He even wrote down what setting to use for monitor 1 and for monitor 2. Great experience having Cesar come to the house and fix my IMAC and looks at an HP laptop. Â Same day service and my IMAC is like new. Â He even stayed and help me understand what to keep on the machine and what to keep in the cloud so my computer does not slow down so soon. Cesar is an absolute hidden gem in San Diego! Â First of all let me just say I'm a tech guy. Â I built my own compute and I work in the IT space for the government. Â I ran into a headache of a jam with a new SSD card which was stumping me after numerous attempts to fix on my own. Â So I called up Cesar as he is one of the few places offering 24x7 support because it was late at night and Cesar was very friendly over the phone and even tried to give me free trouble shooting device over the phone. Â I really appreciated that but requested him to personally come to my place and fix it in person because I was done trying to fix it on my own.Cesar was very respectful and kept me posted on his ETA, he was finishing up another job 40 minutes away and showed up on time at my place.Cesar is super friendly and very accommodating. Â He has every equipment you could think of in his mobile travel box that includes numerous programs and hardware support. Â I was impressed because I was worried my PC had to be taken over night but Cesar was very patient with my problem and was able to do a complete overhaul on my gaming rig. I wish I could give a million stars to Cesar at 24/7 PC Tech. Last night, my computer won't turn on after I reconnected the DP and HDMI cables, but It kept giving me "no HDMI signal". At 19:30 , every PC had already closed. But Cesar from 24/7 PC Tech still picked up the phone, and walked me through how to reconnect the proper connectors and cables. Also told me one of monitor is cracked and cannot be repaired from the pictures I sent to him while on the phone. Â Cesar is so AMAZingly KIND! He didn't charged me ANYTHING! And told me to save the money to buy a new monitor replacing the broken one. I was so happy that I could finish my final exam project in time. Truly touched by Cesar 's wonderful professionalism and being so down to earth. He is simply a good hearted person who is hard to find nowadays! I had saved Cesar's name, just in case I ever needed him, after seeing many positive reviews, on NextDoor, in my neighborhood. I'm glad I did because I had a 911 level computer issue this week, after I realized that my MacBook Pro was hacked and a fraudulent attempt was made to have funds transferred from accounts! I called Cesar and he was at my home the next morning. My issue turned out to be extremely complicated, and Cesar figures out that the hackers had probably been in my system for months. My backup drive was infected and inaccessible and a virus was put in the computer so the backup Cesar attempted to do would infect the backup he attempted as well. The situation was as bad as it could get! I was panicking but Cesar stayed calm and cool and managed to take care of everything! I have a clean computer, all of my data back, and am fully educated on what to do and not do, in the future, so this will not happen again. Cesar even went on Amazon with me to select a couple of accessories that I need to improve my current setup. And, his fee was incredibly reasonable. Can't recommend Cesar enough, he provided me free on call diagnosis support when I had road-stops in my gaming build. I unfortunately can't rate on how good he is in actual physical work since I never met him in person, but if he was that helpful on the phone I can't even imagine how skilled he is in the actual work.

Cesar was very fast and efficient! My laptop had a terrible virus which didn't let me do anything really. And with nursing school about to start I really needed to get it fixed. He came straight down to my house after his other clients appointment and finished fast! Don't even bother taking your Desktop, gadget to a pc repair shop, it will save you the hassle,time, and gas. Ceasar is the technician that helped me, although We didn't retrieved my files from my main SSD we restored my pc back into working order. My go-to guy for computer any issues! I have an imac and that can be hard to find someone to fix. Some of the thing that he has done for me: install a solid state hard drive on my imac, installed a wi-fi router, cleaned my computer inside (I had never done it after 7 years, please don't judge, lol), simplified my cables and even come on a Sunday!

Fantastic service! My computer was running really slow and Cesar uninstalled all sorts of unneeded programs that slowed everything down. He even installed a new antivirus. Wednesday night, our power supply just decided to die on us. Feeling frustrated and also not wanting to deal with the anxiety of trying to replace anything in our custom built pc, we decided to call out for help. Caesar is a friendly and confidant guy who's quick to respond to messages and honestly works around the clock. He was very good natured when a simple swap of a power supply turned into a reconfiguring and taking out of parts (CD drive specifically) out of our small case that caused him to stay much longer than planned. Hello yelpers, first off I want to say I don't leave much reviews, but today I made an exemption. I have to say Ceaser is one of a kind. From the first time I called him on the phone he was very attentive to my questions and concerns and I explain to him my issue with my desktop. Within a minute he explained to me the possibilities of my desktop not turning on and what part I needed. On my second phone call he was still being super nice and very very informative on computers and what I need. He even offered me to do FaceTime to teach me what to do so I can fix my computer (some what easy fix). He pointed out exactly what to take out and install So I can get my lovely computer back in service. I even thought about throwing my desktop to the trash and getting myself a mini  computer (worth about $900). He then  said let me Google the model  of your computer. I'm glad he did, cuz he just saved me $900 bucks, he said your computer is a good one. You just need some cleaning. So he even offered to clean my computer through the web with direct access to my comp. MAN talk about customer service!!!! I can stay in my pajamas and get my computer running again and faster.
