Secondly, I believe in building a good rapport with my customers and the general public so I can acquire repeat work from customers who i hopefully have instilled confidence in my workmanship also my work ethic and pricing to ensure they are getting an excellent job done at a very competitive and reasonable price. Thirdly, i believe it's not possible to please every single customer on every single job i do or encounter so thats why it is hugely important for me to go above and beyond in my objectives to please my customers to ensure they receive the best possible service they can possibly get thus ensuring repeat work and hopefully great recommendations for new customers to acquire my services and hopefully admire my work as well.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The notion of being my own boss and having my own company has always appealed to me. This way i can have a 121 direct relationship with my customers w The ithout the need of overheads or middle men which I feel can cause a certain amount of misunderstanding and confusion.
When dealing with customers directly I can sort out any concerns and issues they have in a more robust and efficient manner which means any enquiry, concerns or issues can be excellerated and handled quickly without the need for any unnecessary fuss or confusion.
Also customers like to talk to someone who they have had a good experience with before and prefer to see a friendly, familiar face and not be talking to different unknown people over the phone and having to repeat themselves over and over again whilst having to update different people on the same enquiry or concerns they have.
This I feel is a key element to ruining my own business both effectively and efficiently.

Boiler installation, repairs and servicing
All types Central heating installation from combination boilers to old conventional boilers, also repairs and servicing of all types of central heating systems including vented and unvented cylinders, also showers and shower pumps, i also install full bathroom and kitchen suites at very a reasonable cost all ranges of plumbing including blocked drains and leaks under sinks and/or baths. Fully qualified GAS safe engineer. Anything to do with domestic Gas, Heating and plumbing i can do.
