I joined 24/7 health club in january and my life took a detour and I have been happier ever since! My favorite class to attend is the spin class! I am beyond thankful for my gym! 24/7 Health Club is truly my happy place and I look forward to every visit! I truly enjoy having the opportunity to show my spirit and inspire others in all my classes! But, I love how others inspire me. That is what this gym is about! Lots of fun classes and some of the best friends around!

The staff, trainers, instructors... all amazing. They know me by name, they know my craziness, and are willing to help at any given moment.

I have been a member of 5 or more gyms in Madison county , but 24/7 is my home , im down 30 lbs in the last few months , most of it diet but having a big gym with lots of equipment, clean environment, and ample dedicated and customer service driven staff members take all the other gyms out of the game ! ! Very large facility with a lot to offer; many classes, PT, Sauna, women’s only workout room, even an area for group activities if you wanted your own group to do something and occasional programs for kids. Child care and Tanning are included in the very reasonable fee, though the tanning beds aren’t the best, they get a good base tan/bronze to people like me who have hard to tan skin. At the price you pay, very worth it and the people who work here are awesome and will go above and beyond to help you in any way and customer service means more to me than anything so this is where I’ll be sticking around. I left a gym where I got a free membership in order to start coming here and I have not regretted it for a second. You can't beat the price for what you get. The gym is HUGE (and clean!) so even when you pull up outside and the parking lot is full you still have space and equipment to workout.

A few great things they have that most gyms don't: a women's only room with a good bit of equipment in it and you can carry up the weights you need if they're not already in there but it's a really amazing option for women who may be nervous or overwhelmed to work out near many other people or guys, I love doing my abs in there. There is also a cardio theater where they play movies on a movie screen while you get your cardio on and they have an inside track which is great if you're tired of cardio on a treadmill. There are multiple benches and free bars as well as power/squat racks which is a very nice change from Smith-Machine's every where you look.

It's really a "you won't believe it until you see it" type of things. I absolutely love this gym and I wish I would have changed sooner. More...
