I have always based myself at a gym but I also do home training where I bring the training to you.
I supply all the equipment so all you need is a drink and a towel.

Being more senior in years and a complete beginner I was sceptical regarding any Cardio Resistance Training. However, My Doctor advised me to participate Matt's 28 Day Programme for Women because He thought it would do me good! I found Matt to be passionate about his profession, pleasant and well informed. Matt is an exceptional Trainer and Mentor, always there to offer encouragement coupled with sensible nutritional advice. His expectations of me were reasonable emphasising the importance of rest days and simply wanting me to be a little better than I was the week before.I was so happy when I lost 8llbs in three weeks and I found I had more energy than I had previously.Matt was unable to offer me any quick fixes but instead He gave the tools to stay in shape that would benefit me forever. I have just completed an online 28 challenge with Matt, all the information needed about nutrition and exercise was found online but Matt was also always available for support. I really enjoyed the gym work, the program was varied and never boring. I will keep up with my routine in order to achieve the results I want. It’s not just a job for Matt, he clearly enjoys helping people change their lifestyle to achieve the results they want.I lost weight and started to tone up in 28 days , I have a way to go but I learnt that this will not be a quick fix and I now have the knowledge to do that. I completed a online 28 day challenge with Matt. He is very knowledgeable approachable and I will definitely be returning for a PT session with him. Throughout the challenge he kept us motivated, was there if we needed help and gave lots of valuable advice which I can build upon to continue my mission of toning up and losing weight. I have recently completeted a 28 day challenge with Matt and am delighted with the results! I have managed to loose 8lbs and feel fitter and healthier than ever! I could not have done this without Matt’s continued support and advice and the very helpful information about diet, portion sizes and exercise on the website. I have just finished an online 28 day challenge with Matt and I’ve had some incredible results! Not only have I lost 10lbs and several inches, but I’ve learnt some extremely useful tools (both in nutrition and exercise) in how to progress with my fitness and general well-being. Matt doesn’t give you a quick ‘fix’, this is about a lifestyle change and he’ll teach you how to sustain this in the long run. He has vast knowledge and he’s there to offer advice whenever you might need it. He is also great at keeping your motivation up. When I first thought of Personal Training, it felt a little daunting. Matt soon puts this thought to rest and makes you feel so at ease during a one to one session. I design a program that we follow and I also design a program for my clients to follow as it is important that they do some exercise on their own. This could only be corrective work but still will make a big difference for the lifestyle and future.

Eat well, train 5 times a week, cut out the alcohol, drink more water, avoid sugar. These are fundamental to achieving that.

Getting results and seeing a happy client. I love seeing my clients move better and feel happier in their body.

I have worked in a few gyms over the years gaining experience from great trainers and felt that the time was right to take all that experience and use it for my business.

I am not just there for the hour we train; I am always available to get hold of if a client has any questions with regards to anything. I will always go the extra mile for my clients to make sure they get the results they need.
