I am an expert in strategy development and implementation with a wealth of experience of working with individuals and senior management teams to identify and agree the long-term vision and goals for their business, as well as how they are going to achieve them and what might get in the way.
I studied under the world leading experts in the 'Journey Making' strategy development process and worked with them in co-authoring the ground-breaking book "The Practice of Making Strategy", as well as a text book that was used in the strategy module of the MBA programme at the Strathclyde Business School.
When working with clients, I use highly participative decision support tools and techniques to acquire, manage and analyse the complex information that I work with organisations of all sizes across all sectors to help them to create strategic plans for a variety or reasons, including growing the business, obtain investment, dealing with internal and external issues, improve focus and direction, etc. I can also help with the implementation of strategic plans and with creating measurement systems that will help to monitor their progress towards attaining the objectives and goals. My extensive experience of intellectual property allows me to help businesses with Intellectual Asset and Intellectual Property Management.
