What do you love most about your job?
From the initial quotation, to securing the client and then building trust and friendship - this definitely gives me joy. It allows me to meet great people and enhance my reputation.
I have over 200 happy clients now. Making sure they stay happy is my priority and passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started at 18. Seeing a friend grow a successful window cleaning business - this gave me motivation to start my own company after being frustrated at the time. I had a picture in my head of where I wanted to be in 10 years time, I haven't reached this yet but it still inspires me to continue. Looking back I have no regrets and I'm very grateful for all that I have and will achieve.
