What inspired you to start your own business?
I have plenty of experience in customer service. I always felt that a lot of commercial cleaning companies treated their clients as just a number, I wanted to start a company that was different. 1call respects all clients and I think that’s extremely important in order to develop a professional relationship and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Why should our clients choose you?
You will always get a high standard result with our cleaning team. Our aim is to achieve fantastic results and we do not leave the job until those results have been achieved.
We have such a wide knowledge of our products and are constantly researching knew methods and even equipment to get you the results you require.
What makes us different? We listen to our clients. We put ourselves in your shoes and deliver the results that you need.
We clean the places you don't see. Underneath and behind, we have an eye for detail and we will clean all those hidden areas.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Staff all sanatise hands and wear gloves.
We are also wearing masks and ensuring no one is present in the rooms we clean, opening windows/doors to allow good ventilation.
HMO/Communal cleaning
We clean HMO properties all over the Wirral and Liverpool.
This an area that we highly specialise in. We work with you to not only ensure your properties are kept clean to a high standard but also to feed back any repairs or issues within the property.
Office cleaning
We clean offices during your open hours or out of hours. We work with what’s best for you to ensure a full clean and disinfectant is carried out throughout the building, keeping you and your employees safe.
End of tenancy/pre move in cleans
We have enough experience in end of tenancy cleans to know what needs to be cleaned in order for you to receive your deposit back. Or if you have sold your property we can help to make sure you are handing the keys over with the comfort of knowing the house has been deep cleaned for the new owners.

We offer a Deep cleaning service that we feel is suitable for clients that either have a regular cleaner already or cleans themselves but just need that extra deep clean. Such as appliance cleaning, behind and above furniture, windows and a deep clean in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
