SHERMAZINGGGG! Just finished cycle 2.0 and feeling great. The support from Sher is 24/7 whatever and whenever you need it. She always makes each class fun and enjoyable and puts 100% effort into everything she does. One in a million at her job!! The personalised meal plans are tailored to your tastes and lifestyle. Honestly couldn’t recommend Sher enough. She is the most motivational, inspiring and funny person ever. Cannot recommend Sher enough, when I started cycle 1 I was in a bad place mentally and my weight was really getting me down. I struggled to lose weight at first but Sher has constantly kept me motivated and pushed me to my limits and recommend changes to see more results. Couldn’t recommend Sher’s classes enough! Coming from someone who’s never worked out or stuck to a meal plan etc, I’ve had the BEST time over the past 6 weeks. I hated how I looked, now I love how I look. She has helped me physically and mentally. I’ve never felt so good about myself, and I will continue my journey on to bettering myself all thanks to Sher. She pushes you hard & motivates you so much every time, you don’t have a second to think ‘I can’t do this’. The meal plans are delicious and they’re not the typical boring things! It doesn’t even feel like a meal plan. The girls in the classes are all so lovely and fighting toward the same goal as you. The workouts BURN, but you feel on top of the world after each one. I've just stared Cycle 2 of Boss Body with Sher and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. I felt so bad about myself, always sluggish, lethargic, lacking motivation, terrible diet and really hated what I saw in the mirror. In just 6 weeks I've pretty much turned that around with Sher's help. I've lost weight and I'm building muscle and I'm actually eating more food than I was! Super easy meal plan, tasty and clean. The classes are HARD but Sher is so motivating and it's such a good environment working out with other girls who don't judge you and are always there to help you. I actually love the gym now that I have her guidance and I'm feeling more confident every day. I can't wait to see how I feel after the next 6 weeks! Women empowering women, what's not to love?! Not only is Sher an amazing trainer she is such a positive and motivating young woman! Just completed cycle 2 (12 weeks) and feeling fitter than I ever have. It wasn’t about losing weight for me I just wanted to tone, build a booty and maintain weight, although I have gained 3lbs my photos have changed a lot and I’m starting to see the changes for the better. My bum has lifted quite a bit, I have abs coming through and my whole body shape is more defined and toned. I’ll continue doing the classes into next year as my goal wasn’t to have a quick win but to make this year about progressing on my fitness levels ready for next year to see results but already I’m seeing them which is a bonus so excited to see what I will look like next year. Roll on my 40th next year. The food plan has a variety of good healthy balanced foods and easy to prep when you have a busy week ahead, it’s all about being prepared in advance. I was one of those people that used to say I don’t have time to go to classes and gym but now I wonder what I ever did with my time. This plan has made me have the confidence to go to my gym after having a membership for a year and not using it. Loving life at the minute and the changes I’ve made for me no one else. I would highly recommend sher’s boss body programme not only because it has helped me lose weight that I have been trying to lose for a while but it has gave me the confidence I needed to wear what I want that I have lost for the past few year. I have hated wearing a bikini on holiday or even just a crop top out because I felt overweight and awful but now I feel so confident in myself thanks to sher and I can finally wear a bikini on holiday and not like I’m to overweight and that other people are judging me. This girl deserves the moon and the stars. Sher is by far the best on the market when it comes to fitness, this girl is more than a fitness trainer to me. Not only has my overall fitness and weight improved but my mental health too. My confidence, health and outlook on life has done a 360 which I didn’t think would be possible through fitness. Sheridan was more of a friend than a trainer she knew my goals and knew how to motivate me even on days when I wasn’t my strongest which made sessions feel very comfortable, rewarding and professional. People used to and still question why I had a personal trainer because of my small figure but a size 4/6 can be as uncomfortable within themselves as a size 18. Weight gain has been an issue from a very young age and with the correct knowledge and guidance from sher, week by week the changes became more visible and my confidence has hit an all time high. Thinking back to my first session when I couldn’t even do a lunge to now being able to leg press three times my body weight, who knew someone so small could be so strong. I can honestly say If you are considering personal training then I wouldn’t hesitate to look any further. I am totally gutted that I have had to end my sessions however sher has gave me the confidence to train just as hard on my own. I know if I ever need any guidance that sher will only be a text away. 6 weeks ago I stepped foot into Sher’s Newcastle class having not been to the gym for 4 years. It had been a running joke with my friends and family that I had a shocking diet and did no exercise for as long as i can remember so was really skeptical whether I could hack something like this. I now can’t imagine going back to my old ways and that’s down to Sher’s contagious motivation - she just has this knack of making everyone feel like they’re smashing it! I have Just finished my first 6 week boss-body program.. and I am absolutely amazed with my results! 11lb In 6 weeks!!!! After being out of any sort of training/exercise for over 3 month I was dreading getting back into it, but Sheridan made me feel at ease but also motivated after my first session! Since giving birth to my daughter a little over five months ago, I was keen to get back to the gym and healthy eating, especially as I’m bridesmaid for one of my best friends later this year. Before I started Shape Up With Sher I was at my heaviest and didn’t feel comfortable with myself at all. I wasn’t exercising and was eating the wrong foods at the wrong times. Now, since starting the programme, I’m eating healthy meals but not sacrificing on flavour, and am really enjoying the variety of training I’ve been doing. So I started this programme with no motivation, no real sense of hope I would see much of a difference and petrified as I didn’t know how the equipment worked in a gym and no self confidence. Now after 6 weeks of fun and hard work I’ve lost 11lbs and inches alround and also defination of muscle in areas and the best gaining a bubble but! Shers constant positive thinking and motivation is amazing but best of all so easy to talk to and have a laugh with. i've helped hundreds of my clients achieve their fitness goals, by finding out what motivates my clients most.

Finding out the core problem as to why my client feels 'overweight', 'anxious', 'depressed', 'scared to train in the gym'.

Much of this stems from past experience, childhood and other factors. Personal Training isn't about going into the gym and smashing it from day one - it takes baby steps and gaining knowledge to reaching your goals!

The secret to getting the body of your dreams. Is listening to ONE PERSON, WORD HARD, and BE CONSISTENT.

Starting training from age 16, the most important part of my job is relating to my clients.

I love how my clients find me as a 'friend', who push and motivate them every step of the day.

They're my inspiration everyday.

I began training girls, when i was 15 in my dads gym as a hobby.

It was such a natural talent to me, and i loved helping others!

i then studied Business Studies and passed with Distinction *, and qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Now, i hold large fitness classes, 1-1 and group sessions. To this date, i've helped over 400 local females just through my classes.

Likewise, sold over 9,000 eBooks online to people across the world.

My clients choose me to train them, consistently (yes they never leave!), because i truly CARE.

I work not for purely money, but for helping others achieve their goals both mentally and physically.

I show effort, compassion, outside help and guidance and true friendship, whilst pushing them to their limits every session.

My clients are my everything, without them i'd be lost!
