I relocated to Boston a year ago and was looking to setup a regular cleaning schedule. I found Eni only based on online reviews, and so was skeptical/hesitant the very first time. Fortunately it worked out great, and I haven't looked for anyone else after. I've booked ten times with her so far, and will be continuing in the future as well. Eni's staff are super kind and helpful, and they are really the best at what they do. I love how they are not only dedicated and trustworthy (for ex: I just let them in and leave to work), but they also always manage to wear a smile on their face. Eni and her team did a fantastic job on extremely short notice (next day) to do a deep clean of our house to get ready for newborns. We also asked for carpet cleaning which was great. Since then they've come every two weeks and it has been a huge help with babies at home not to have to worry about cleaning the bathroom or shower or kitchen, vacuuming. etc., every day. I hired Eni's a couple of months ago to clean my apartment twice a month. Deni and Lucy do a wonderful job, are reliable and couldn't be nicer. I like that it's the same two cleaners who come each time, and that it's two people rather than one so it gets done more quickly. I felt comfortable leaving my apartment after meeting and going over everything with them the first time they came. Lucy's English is plenty good enough for us to communicate about everything necessary. Eni was always responsive when setting things up via text, but I did find her texts confusing sometimes. My house needed a professional deep cleaning since a year. Eni's Cleaning services was among the first ones to respond quickly with quotes. The cleaning lady had to stay over a bit longer because the house was dirty. She did a fantastic job with SPOTLESS cleaning of bathtub and inside and outside of all appliances and inside of all windows. The grease on top of the stove was also magically removed. This is a great price for biweekly cleaning service and the cleaning is thorough and efficient. I have to be at work each time they come and the only issue is it seems to be a different team each week. I thought by leaving a note once to clarify which bin was recycling and that they only needed to clean the downstairs would be sufficient, but it seems I need to remind them each time. Not a huge issue but perhaps a system is needed to track these types of requests for each customer if it's going to be a different cleaning team. It would also be nice to have an app or website for payment and scheduling, but again not a deal breaker. More...

Eni has so far done a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. We've had the initial cleaning and one follow up. Both have been exceptional. Eni's did such an impressive job deep cleaning my apartment. I moved in close to three years ago and my place was long overdue for some freshening up. Eni was very responsive when I requested a quote and we set something up very quickly. They cleaned my place this morning and it went above and beyond my expectations. Eni's Cleaning Company did a very thorough job cleaning our apartment. A two person crew cleaned our 2-BD/2 Bath apartment in around 3. 5 hours. They straightened as well as doing a deep clean. The only issue was that parking is very limited in our neighborhood and the crew struggled with what to do although there is a public lot a few blocks away. One person was dropped off with the cleaning supplies and the other cleaner took a long time finding parking. I finally gave her my parking spot which wouldn't always be an option. Language barriers made it very difficult to communicate with the cleaning crew. Eni was very prompt and responsive in our communications, including during the time the crew was onsite. Eni's rates were only slightly higher than the husband and wife team I had been having clean my place previously, but I'm glad I did not skimp as the cost more than made up for the in depth cleaning done. My place looks great, including my fridge and oven which look better than when I moved in... and who knows how long it's been since I tackled those! I was very happy with my deep cleaning from Eni. I received a quick reply to my request for a quote and availability, and easily set up a time for them to come a couple of days later. She and another woman arrived right on time for my scheduled appointment. I had a few spots I let her know upfront that I would like to make sure were included in the deep clean, but for the most part, they quickly went about their work, and had my 2 BR/1 BA sparkling in about two hours. They asked me to look everything over before they left, and having paid for a deep clean, I LOOKED. They moved my furniture to sweep and mop underneath, cleaned my windows, baseboards, dusted the ceiling fan, did some sort of magic in my cat's food and litter area, got food spills out of my fridge, even washed my son's baby bottles in addition to all the regular cleaning. I can't find anything they missed or didn't do that I asked. They did everything but my laundry, but to be honest, if I had asked, they probably would have tossed a load in for me too.
